Don’t bother buying online from Ireland

Drink is fine. I write this as an established customer who has been using the online shop ( and buying Americano) for a number of years. However, post Brexit, the company appears incapable of arranging delivery to ROI (despite operating a .ie domain name). Waited almost 6 weeks for a delivery, and despite repeated emails / requests for clarity, no delivery arrived. Delivery partner were no assistance. Apparently they delivered it to an address in a different country(?). I had to follow up with DG repeatedly (in their defense, they’re very efficient at responding to emails with platitudes) and I eventually asked for a refund. No apology offered! Won’t be buying again. Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs!

Velvety smooth

Love this coffee with just a drop of milk, velvety smooth richness in a cup. I love that you get a full mug from this one too :)

Best All Rounder

The Americano is a must have coffee. It is the most versatile and is super value at 16 mugs per box. The coffee is strong enough to drink black or add your own milk to and is the perfect all day coffee.

Coffee for the purists

I am a purist, I like my coffee black, strong and hot. Dolce Gusto Americano gives the the hit I need to get going in the morning and the taste I love all day long

Very nice

Not the strongest available but very smooth as an everyday coffee. Best value for your money also. Full 16 mugs.
